Lesley McDaniel

We are excited to welcome Lesley McDaniel back to Chick-fil-A as our new Beyond the Restaurant Manager. Lesley’s Chick-fil-A journey began in 2015 at the Magnolia Mall location, where she quickly grew from a team member into a leadership role. Her time at Chick-fil-A on Irby Street saw her take on multiple positions, gaining experience in every area of the restaurant and ultimately serving as the Director of Food Cost.

After leaving the Irby Street location, Lesley joined our team as a Delivery Driver while balancing family life and completing her Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications. Her dedication to personal and professional growth is truly inspiring.

Now, after returning from maternity leave, Lesley is stepping into her new role as Beyond the Restaurant Manager, where she will be focused on growing our external sales channels—specifically Chick-fil-A Delivery and Catering. Her passion for customer service, paired with her extensive experience and deep knowledge of the business, will help elevate these key areas of our operation.

We are thrilled to have Lesley back on the team and look forward to the incredible impact she will continue to have on our restaurant and the community.
